CEDEN Data Entry Template Changes - 2018

The changes from last year's solicitation are now available! While many of the changes were made to the supporting elements of the templates, such as the guidance documents, notes section, and headers, the following are structural changes to the templates or data checker.

• Toxicity > QAControlID is now a required field;
• Tissue > SampleID was moved so it is now after "PartCreated";
• Collection Device is now part of the chemistry record uniqueness check; and
• Lab batch multiple dates warning now looks at a 24-hour time frame instead of date.

The New Vocabulary Request Template was also updated. The columns on the Station tab have been rearranged to reduce the likelihood of required fields being missed. Some key character limits have been added to header comments (those that are indicated by a small red triangle in the corner of a cell).

Summaries of changes to each file can be found at the end of the document for the guidance documents or on the first tab of the Excel files.
